Chad Wallace, Board Memberchadwallace@pcageorgetown.orgEducation:Bachelor's Degree in History Education from Kentucky State University Master's Degree in Public Administration from Kentucky State University Rank I in Curriculum Design from Spaulding University Currently working towards Doctorate in Education Leadership at Spalding University Experience:In addition to serving as a Providence Board Member, I am also a Social Studies Teacher at Scott County Middle School and a Georgetown City Council Member. Interesting Fact:I coached boys' high school basketball in the State Tournament at Rupp Arena as a Varsity Assistant for Scott County. Brief Biography:I have lived in Scott County my entire life. My wife, Angie, is a 1st Grade Teacher at Southern Elementary in Georgetown, KY. We are expecting our first child in October. Working with the people of PCA, I am reminded of the parable of the mustard seed. "Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is like to a grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and sowed in his field. Which indeed is the least of all seeds: but when it is grown, it is the greatest among herbs, and becometh a tree, so that the birds of the air come and lodge in the branches thereof." -- Matthew 13: 31-32Initially, the mustard seed may appear of small account and not worthy of attention. PCA is like that tiny mustard seed; God's truth is infinitely powerful, and once it takes root, it can become great. |
